Yoga and dressage go hand in hand. They are not illusive concepts to be obtained by an elite few. Dressage in its simplest form is the basic training of a horse. Every discipline “dressages” whether they like to admit it or not. It is just in various forms for different outcomes. Take this training concept one more step, and add the idea of a rider being insync with imperceptible use of aids. Any good rider, regardless of the discipline, does his or her job without it looking like a job or work on the back of their equine partner. If you want your horse to be happy and perform well, doing your part is key. Enter Yoga: a practice to mentally and physically strengthen innate human abilities. A mentally focused and physically adept rider will influence a harmonious equestrian partnership. These packages are designed to help you develop a deeper awareness of how you and your equine partner work together and influence on another.
