At Square One Equestrian, we strive to develop the complete equestrian, giving you the confidence and knowledge to be the best that you can be for both yourself and your horse.  We want you to love the time you spend with your horse and fall in love with the training process. Through personalized training plans, we can help you reach your equestrian and personal goals and develop new ones in the process. We truly believe that “getting better” is about a progress not perfection mindset, and we strive to help you realize the potential that both you and your horse possess. 

 Proper mind and body alignment aid in the  development of dexterous  muscle fibers to help prevent injuries. Our equestrian specific yoga sessions are geared toward helping riders align both physically and mentally.  Coupling the nuances of equestrian sports  with yoga practices to develop proper body alignment, increases an a rider’s strength, balance, and effectiveness on a horse.

We offer a “30 days to healthy living” nutrition program to assist riders in resetting their bodies for optimal performance.  If you are concerned with your horse having what he/she needs to perform optimally, now would be the time to consider if you have what you need to perform optimally. Riders typically do not think about themselves, so here is a program that offers a great support system to aid in the discovery of foods that truly serve and elimination of those that don’t!  Not only do we offer riding and training sessions that cater to the needs of both horse and rider, we offer nutrition and yoga plans to develop a sense of personal awareness to achieve lifestyle goals. It is our belief that rider fitness and body awareness majorly impact a horse’s ability to perform. When a rider is physically and mentally fit, communicating with a horse comes naturally.
