One on one yoga sessions are geared toward improving your personal focus and targeting key areas that are vital to developing a stronger and healthier you. You will learn each of the 26 Bikram asanas and learn the proper form and modifications to suit your specific needs. This practice can be catered towards general health and mobility, or it can be focused on strengthening for specific sports and activities.
Package of 10 sessions: you will each receive a consultation after the first session, and a written assessment of your personal strength and condition will be developed for an individualized plan (with homework exercises) to help you obtain optimal results. At the conclusion of the 10th session, we will discuss how your mental and physical state have changed.

The Two is Company package is similar to the one on one package; but with this option, you can invite a friend, spouse, neighbor, or family member and practice together. You will still receive full instruction for each pose and the necessary individualized modifications. This session can be catered specifically towards one activity, or it can be kept as a simple focus on personal well-being and mind and body alignment.

Day, location, and time to be agreed upon by the group and instructor.
This package is ideal for a group of 5-12 students looking for a social setting to meditate or a sport focused session to improve strength and alignment. You will get a 60-70 minute yoga session of 26 asanas (some additional may be added in if time permits). The benefit and technique of each pose will be taught, focusing on mind and body alignment. The focus of the session can be catered toward specific activities depending on the groups’ preference. If students are interested, personal homework suggestions will be provided at conclusion of each session.
Cancellation Policy:
When scheduling a session, please share any time constraints and requests for specific time slots (as per instructor availability); and these will be taken into account to ensure a mutually agreeable time.
If you are unable to attend the session after you have scheduled, it must be done with 24 hours notice of your start time; or you will be charged for the session unless you find someone else to take your spot.
