What should you expect from a yoga session?

Each session will guide you through a sequence of 26 poses that work every part of your body from bones to skin. This practice is focused on a personal, meditative experience and a connection with your own body on each given day. So unlike other yoga practices, all levels are welcome in each session. Instruction is provided for guidance through each pose to help students at all levels enhance technique and form to maximize the benefits of the practice.

A warm/hot environment will be utilized where it is possible because when poses are performed in elevated temperatures sweating is induced and cardiovascular activity is increased. This sensation will aid in oxygenating the blood for intensified body rejuvenation and reset.

What you will need:

  1. An open mind
  2. Yoga mat
  3. Towel to cover your mat (optional)
  4. water
  5. change of clothes for after the session (optional)

 

*Please remember to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of a session to prepare your space and to get into a relaxed meditative mindset. We will begin promptly to respect time commitments.
